COMMENTS: I am researching homeschooling right now and and thinking of starting in Sept of 2005 when my daughter will be in Grade 2. My decision to home school will be based on different things. Mostly a need to be involved with my childrens educations and their need to still be close to me. I want to be the primary educator in my childrens lives and want to experience all that I can with them. I also want to ensure that their learning and living environments are safe and positive.
This site is given me some great info! I like the way it has been set up. Easy to navigate through.

COMMENTS: I have just begun to homeschhol my two girls ages 5 and 7. I have many reasons for choosing to homeschool including academic and social. Mostly I want my girls to grow into women who are confident in who they are and what they beieve in...and I know they will need lots of room to do so.
This website looks great! What a great resource!

COMMENTS: If my children have the time and the freedom to learn what they need and want to learn without fear, pressure and shame they will be fully realized people, with enough openness to care for and empathize
with others. It's the only way I know to make the world a better place. I couldn't in good conscience do anything else.

I consider us more normal than public schoolers.
